Anthony Burke is our corporate executive chef. In this role he is responsible for the creation of new dishes, training, menu design and enhancing the culinary experience.

With more than 25 years in the culinary industry, Chef Burke has an excellent background. Most recently, he served as a Culinary Trainer at Georgetown Community College. Chef Burke is Certify Executive Chef. Chef Burke brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to the NZ Hospitality company.
