We’re pleased to welcome professional photography and videography services at this year’s National Championships. With over five years’ experience covering dance competitions, photography services will be available across all dance levels throughout the event.

Videography services will also be offered for selected events. Due to the nature of Highland dancing performances, video coverage will primarily focus on Senior events where dancers compete individually on stage.

Whitehaven Theatre has two Pay by Plate Public Car Parks that are within its immediate vicinity. 

• ASB Theatre Carpark (including Russell Terrace): 

  • Pay by Plate - $1.50/hr or $6.00/day.  All-day parking

• Alfred Street Parking Building - 

  • Pay by Plate, $1.50/hr or $6.00/day.  All-day parking

Monday to Friday: All parks - payment required 9.00 am - 5.00 pm; (free outside these hours)

Saturday: On street/kerbside - payment required 9.30 am - 1.00 pm, off street (including Alfred Street car park building) free all day.

Sunday and Public Holidays: Free

There are also on-street free parking locations around the Theatre that have time restrictions.
