Nytrix Chess ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent, secure environment for your training. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We collect authentication info, game history, and analysis records strictly for gameplay and syncing purposes.
We utilize Google AdMob (for free-tier ads), Google Play Billing (for premium subscriptions), and Supabase (for database hosting). These providers may collect technical device identifiers as per their own privacy policies.
Utilizing the import feature for Chess.com or Lichess.org requires fetching data directly from their APIs. Your device's IP address will be exposed to these services during this process, compliant with their Terms of Service.
This app is not designed or intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
You may delete your account and all associated data permanently via the "Delete Account" option in the side menu or via our web form (https://forms.gle/aBHzyvYDgiwfzJVX7). We do not sell your data.
This application is provided "as-is".
Abusing features, exploiting mechanics, or employing unauthorized third-party tools to cheat in Nytrix or Puzzle modes is prohibited.
Processed entirely through Google Play. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Google Play policies. Nytrix Premium unlocks unlimited deep engine evaluations, daily trials, and ad-free experience.
The app optionally communicates with Open Exchange (OEX) chess engines installed on your device (e.g., Stockfish) for deep positional evaluation.
Opening libraries, positional data, and huge puzzle datasets are derived from the exceptional Lichess open database, licensed under CC0.
This application includes the Arasan chess engine, distributed under the MIT License.
