Add-on Events 

• Friday (5:00 - 6:45 pm) Welcome Reception includes appetizers, followed by Dr. Adriaan Dokter's presentation,“BirdCast - a Large-scale Perspective on Bird Migration”. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the reception (card or mobile payment only).
  Cost: $20 per person SOLD OUT

• Saturday (11:30 – 12:45 pm) NY Breeding Bird Atlas Celebration and Lunch.
  Cost: $15 per person. SOLD OUT

• Saturday (5:45 – 8:45 pm) Banquet includes buffet dinner and Keynote Presentation by Peter Kaestner, “In Search of the Orange-tufted Spiderhunter”.
  Cost: $75 per person

Tour Registration

• Cornell Lab of Ornithology tours on Friday afternoon. 
  (30 minutes; space is limited)             
  When registering, select 1 time slot:  2:00,  2:30,  3:00 or 3:30 pm.

Hotel Reservations

• We have secured a reduced booking rate with The Hotel Ithaca ($199/night) and with The Hilton Garden Inn ($279/night) for Friday and Saturday nights, September 19 and 20, 2025. These rates expire August 20, 2025.
