Leading women educators impacting education worldwide
During the Roaring Twenties, Dr. Annie Webb Blanton and other female educators met in 1929 at the University of Texas. During this meeting, they built an organization to promote women in Education, bringing recognition and respect to women in the profession.
We are located in Orange County, NY. Consisting of a group of women of all ages starting from their college years, all the way to our lovely retirees in their Golden Years! The women in our group range from classroom teachers, related services, special area teachers and administrators! Our goal is to support women in our community, especially those early in their teaching career, starting with the ladies in high school, with a dream to make a difference in the lives of children! The Zeta Chapter works to network and get our women involved in projects, trainings, and other activities to ensure the future of educational excellence!
