This committee shall sponsor and promote programs in Veterans and Service Hospitals and Centers for the benefit of members and Veterans of our Armed Services, and shall organize and conduct programs for the rehabilitation of Veterans in such Hospitals. The NATIONAL VETERANS SERVICE Committee shall formulate and carry out programs of aid to disabled or needy veterans of the military service of the United States of America, and to formulate and carry out programs for aid and service to members of the military forces of the United States of America.
