New York State Elks Association - Scholarship (Emergency)
To aid and assist in the promotion of establishment of scholarships by the State Association and the Subordinate Lodges, and assist and coordinate the dissemination of information concerning the scholarships offered by Grand Lodge through the Elks National Foundation.

The EMERGENCY GRANT Committee shall coordinate the program within the state of New York, to ensure that children of deceased or disabled Elks have assistance with their college expenses.
