This committee shall aid and assist in the promotion of establishment of scholarships by the State Association and the Subordinate Lodges, and assist and coordinate the dissemination of information concerning the scholarships offered by Grand Lodge through the Elks National Foundation. The SCHOLARSHIP Committee shall coordinate the program within the state of New York, to conduct scholarship contests, and to award scholarships to worthy students.
