The NATIONAL FOUNDATION Committee shall study ways and means of raising funds in New York to support the financing of the National Foundation of the Grand Lodge and assist in the raising of said funds. This committee shall assist, encourage and co-operate with the Lodges of this Association in obtaining contributions and subscriptions to the Elks National Foundation, and in generally furthering its program.
