The ELK MEMORIAL Committee shall formulate ways and means to assist the Lodges of the Association in honoring and preserving the memory of our departed members. This committee shall assist, encourage and co-operate with the Lodges of this Association in promoting appropriate activities among the Lodges of the State for the observance of Elks Memorial Day, and shall perform such other duties in connection therewith as may be assigned to it by the President.
