Let's make NYS HS sports have a playoff format that is fair for boundary mapped public schools.

Teams that build team rosters with athletes living within their school district maps should not play teams in postseason playoffs that build rosters with unlimited access to athletes from anywhere.

Private and charter schools that pull athletes from any district, any section, any state and at times from Canada, boundary mapped public schools can only work with athletes living within their school district map.  

Regional all star teams should not end seasons for teams building rosters from within their school district map.
