Position Overview
We are seeking a Lab Technician to support day-to-day laboratory operations. This role focuses on assisting with inventory, documentation, equipment coordination, and general laboratory organization.
The position is suitable for fresh polytechnic graduates, including those without prior lab management experience, who are interested in working in a research laboratory environment and gaining practical experience in laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Procurement Support
Maintain and track laboratory inventory (consumables, reagents, PPE)
Support laboratory logistics and general organization
Equipment Support
Maintain equipment inventory records
Assist in coordinating routine servicing and calibration
Help ensure equipment areas are kept organized
Safety & Documentation Support
Assist in updating safety documents and equipment logs
Help maintain proper filing of laboratory records

General Laboratory Support
Assist with documentation filing and record management
Work closely with lab management to improve operational workflows
Requirements
Diploma in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemical Technology, or related discipline
Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome
Organized and detail-oriented
Responsible and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a laboratory setting

What you will do
Perform scheduled maintenance in compliance with engineering standards and procedures.
Respond to maintenance and service breakdowns, including on-call support when required.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs or escalate to your supervisor.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure utilities and maintenance work meet operational standards.
Inspect equipment regularly and report on utilities status.
Support repairs and upgrades to minimize production disruptions.
Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all maintenance activities.
What we are looking for
Diploma or Higher NITEC in a related engineering field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP applications is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and technical writing skills are a plus.

Job Summary
Execute frontline sterile drug product manufacturing operations, including material management, equipment handling, aseptic operations, process monitoring, visual inspection, packaging and GMP compliance across the entire production workflow, etc.
Responsibilities:
Production Execution & Equipment Operations
Perform sterile manufacturing processes (materials sterilization, formulation, filling, lyophilization, capping, external washing, visual inspection, packaging) using DP equipment (autoclave, automatic filling line, lyophilizers, etc.) .
Conduct and support the commissioning, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, smoke study, media fill, equipment qualification and validation related work during the facility construction stage.
Possess mastery of DP equipment principles and familiarity with the production process, enabling independent operation and basic maintenance/ troubleshooting of related equipment.
Report deviations promptly, assist in deviation investigation and CAPA implementation
Maintain ALCOA++ compliant documentation by accurately completing batch production records
Material Management & Quality Control
Manage material handling (issuance, verification, return) with proper status labelling
Support environmental monitoring (settle plates/airborne particles sampling) and in-process tests sampling
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Strictly adhere to SOPs and EHS protocols (cleanroom gowning, sanitization procedures)
Participate in process optimization trials (e.g., lyophilization cycle adjustment) and propose efficiency improvements
Support client/regulatory audits through live process demonstrations and document retrieval
Support the revise of relevant operating procedures, batch production records, and related files in accordance with GMP requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields.
Knowledge of GMP is preferred, with expertise in aseptic production being an advantage.
Possess a solid foundation in pharmacy and biotechnology, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong English language skills and the ability to proactively analyze and solve problems that arise in the workplace.
Excellent hands-on operational skills, with careful and conscientious equipment operation and timely record-keeping.
Good communication and expression skills.
Effective team collaboration, efficient execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities
Conduct various analytical, bioassay and microbiological tests, including CE-SDS, cIEF, Karl Fischer titration, Total Organic Carbon (TOC) testing, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, FTIR, manual and automated titration, bioburden, container closure integrity testing (CCIT), and endotoxin testing
Conduct utility related sampling at utility system and environmental monitoring at manufacturing facilities.
Assist in analyzing and interpreting analytical, bioassay and microbiological results, maintaining accurate documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Manage in-process, release stability sample, and reference standards
Qualifications:
