Terms & Conditions – Nyota E-Invites

Welcome to Nyota E-Invites. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

1. Services Overview

Nyota E-Invites provides customized digital invitation services including:
• Video Invitations
• Digital Invitation Cards
• AI-assisted Caricature Invitations

All designs are either template-based or custom-created as per client requirements.

2. Order Process

To place an order:
• Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram
• Review available samples/designs
• Select a design or request customization
• Share event details and required content
• Pay the required advance amount

Order processing begins only after receiving complete details and advance payment.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing starts from ₹99 (varies depending on design and customization)
• Minimum 50% advance payment (or as directed by our team) is required to initiate the order. Full advance payment for Caricatures.
• Full payment must be completed before final delivery
• Payments are accepted via UPI, PayPal, and other supported online methods

Note: Order is only considered as confirmed after the advance/payment confirmation, work will be started only after the advance/payment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once the video/card has been completed and delivered
• If an order is cancelled:

• Within 5 working hours → Eligible for 50% refund (If editing work hasn't started)

• After editing has started → No refund applicable
  • For urgent orders, cancellation after work initiation is non-refundable

• Caricatures are completely non-refundable after order confirmation.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Digital Cards: Approx. 3 working hours
• Video Invitations: Approx. 6–8 working hours

Please note:
• Delivery time begins after confirmation of all details
• During peak seasons or high workload, delivery time may increase
• Delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

If delay exceeds 24 hours:
• Either party (client or creator) may cancel the order
• Full refund will be provided in such cases

6. Urgent Orders

• Urgent or priority delivery requests may incur additional charges
• Delivery timelines for urgent orders will be communicated separately

7. Revisions & Corrections

• First 2 revisions are complimentary
• Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

After that:
• Each additional revision will be charged ₹59 per change

8. Scope of Revisions

Minor Changes (Allowed)

• Correction of event details (names, dates, venue, etc.)
• Font style, size, or formatting adjustments
• Replacement of music (if specified in advance)
• Basic design element changes (graphics, illustrations, images)

Major Changes (Not Included)

The following will be treated as new design variations and charged separately:
• Changing entire theme or design style
• Reordering or changing sequence (e.g., Bride side to Groom side)
• Replacing completed slides or full sections
• Changing predefined color schemes (in restricted templates)
• Replacing illustrated couple faces with real images

All revision approvals are subject to the creator’s discretion.

9. Caricature Services

• AI-assisted caricatures are available at ₹100 per caricature
• Pricing depends on number of caricatures required
• Traditional hand-drawn caricatures are not offered
• During high workload periods, caricature services may be temporarily unavailable

10. Branding Policy

• All invitations include a small branding credit (name/contact)
• Branding helps us maintain affordable pricing

To remove branding:
• A fee of 1.5× the total order value will be applicable (Total amount to be 1.5X of normal charges)

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:
• All shared details are accurate and final
• Content (images, text, music) is legally owned or permitted for use
• Timely response for approvals and revision feedback

Nyota E-Invites will not be responsible for errors caused due to incorrect information provided by the client.

12. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, and creative assets remain the property of Nyota E-Invites
• Clients are granted usage rights only for personal/event purposes
• Reselling, redistribution, or reuse for commercial purposes is prohibited

• Music, graphics, etc are subject to copyright.

13. Communication

• All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp or Instagram
• Clients are expected to respond promptly to avoid delays

14. Limitation of Liability

Nyota E-Invites is not liable for:
• Delays caused due to incomplete information from the client
• Technical issues beyond control (internet failures, platform outages, etc.)
• Minor variations in color/audio quality across different devices

15. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Nyota E-Invites, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these terms
• You agree to abide by all policies mentioned above
