• • How is my order shipped? All orders are shipped with USPS. Pricing may vary depending on your location.

• • Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

• • When do I receive my order? We dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. From when the order is shipped it should take 5-10 business days due to COVID-19 delays. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.

• • Do I need an account to place an order? No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.

• • Can I change my order? We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at nyoapparel@gmail.com.

• • Can I add items to my order? Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hrs of the original order.

• • What is your returns policy? You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund

• • What if I want an unusual color option for my shirts? We have so many color options that you will just need to specify what you are looking for.

• • What material do you use on shirts? We use Heat transfer vinyl or Heat transfer paper. The quality is superb, but to maintain the great quality you must take care of your garments.

• • How do I care for my clothing? Full instructions are below:

-Set washing machine on a cotton cycle.

-Cold or Warm water (typically 80 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit).

-Home laundry detergent (i.e.: Tide® or All®).

-Do not use bleach whether separate or contained within the detergent.

-Do not use hydrogen peroxide either alone or as part of a detergent (i.e.: OxyClean®).

-Do not use lye based, tallow or home-made soaps.

-Do not use fabric softeners.

-Tumble dry low or medium heat, do not over dry for longer wear.

-Avoid pressing with open steam.

-Do not use starch.

-Do not use excessively hard water, use of a softening agent (i.e.: Calgon®) or water softening systems.

• What kind of shirts do you sell? We offer all types of t-shirts. We use Gildan and Bella Canva depending on the comfortability and pricing that you are working with.
