Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Analytics at the Stony Brook University College of Business. My research sits at the intersection of retail operations, business analytics, and AI, with a focus on how firms and digital platforms can make better decisions and guide consumers toward healthier and more sustainable choices. I design and run large-scale field experiments in online and offline retail settings to understand and shape consumer behavior, and I combine causal inference, machine learning, and optimization to turn data into better decisions under uncertainty.
I am a co-author of the book, "Behavioral Retail Operations: Tactics to Win Customers," which delves into the complex relationship between consumer psychology and retail operations. The book bridges academic research with practical applications, providing insights into pricing, promotions, and store design.
