Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Analytics at the Stony Brook University College of Business. My research sits at the intersection of retail operations, field experiments, and machine learning, with a particular focus on socially responsible decision making. I am passionate about designing and conducting field experiments in both online and offline environments to better understand and influence consumer decisions. I am also interested in designing decision making systems in the face of uncertainty using robust optimization and MDPs.
I am a co-author of the book, "Behavioral Retail Operations: Tactics to Win Customers," which delves into the complex relationship between consumer psychology and retail operations. The book bridges academic research with practical applications, providing insights into pricing, promotions, and store design.
