Registration Costs:
Onsite Registration after May 20, 2019 - $285
- This includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday registrations and the Knickerbocker Banquet on Friday Night. All food is included in onsite registration.
General Registration - $285
- This includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday registrations and the Knickerbocker Banquet on Friday Night. All food is included in general registration.
NYLA-SSL Member Registration - $250
- This includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday registrations and the Knickerbocker Banquet on Friday Night. All food is included in NYLA-SSL Member registration.
Presenter - $155
- Please note that this rate is for presenters of Ignite and 30 minute sessions ONLY. You will be notified by 2/15/19 if you will be presenting.
Student Pricing - $155
- This pricing is for any student currently attending classes in higher education
Single Day Registration - $175
- This includes meals for a single day's registration. Note: This does not include the Knickerbocker Banquet.
- This includes hor'dourves, exhibit opening, and keynote with Donalyn Miller
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Online registrations must be submitted by May 20, 2019. Payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of the registration submission. Registrations submitted after April 20, 2019 will be charged the late registration rate.
NYLA-SSL members are eligible for a discounted member rates. Special discounted rates are available to NYLA-SSL members of the all member types.
REFUNDS
Written requests with signature for Conference refunds must be postmarked or faxed by May 1, 2019. An administrative processing fee of $50 will be deducted from the amount refunded. NYLA will honor requests for refunds which are received by the stated deadline, and will retain only an administrative fee from them. Refunds will not be offered for discounted registrations.
After the May 1, 2019 deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the registration amount, less a $50 administrative-processing fee, will be credited toward the conference or the Institutes in the next calendar year only. No credit or refund will be issued for unused funds. If the recipient fails to attend the subsequent conference or a NYLA -SSL Institute before the close of the following calendar year, no refund will be made and no further credit given. The credit voucher is transferable. Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible after the close of the Conference. Credit vouchers will not be offered for discounted registrations.
