Nayeon Kang

Welcome!

I am a Visiting Researcher at the Deutsche Bundesbank and currently on the 2025–2026 job market. 

My research focuses on behavioral macroeconomics, expectations formation, monetary policy, and survey data. I am particularly interested in developing microfoundations that incorporate bounded rationality, such as heuristics and inattentiveness, to examine how behavioral mechanisms shape expectations and drive changes in market equilibrium.
