Phuong Dinh

Phuong's professional journey began with appreciating the interconnectedness of the body through biomedical education, then evolved into navigating the interconnectedness of healthcare strategies and operations across large integrated systems serving commercial, Medicare and Medicaid populations. Phuong completed her administrative fellowship with enterprise executives at Kaiser Permanente. At Anschutz Medical Campus, Phuong developed comprehensive population health programs and managed valued-based programs advancing the primary care medical home. Currently as part of the inaugural Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at CO Access, Phuong integrates DE&I across company operations, driving cultural transformation. Leading the health equity team and strategy, she tackles health disparities for diverse communities through system-wide collaboration. Phuong is a thought partner and speaker in forums advancing equitable care and connecting the downstream to upstream care continuum to achieve whole-person health.
Mirella Chavez (she/ella)

Having grown up in disenfranchised communities, Mirella Chavez is deeply passionate about health equity and is committed to promoting the well-being and empowerment of individuals and families in Colorado. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare and nonprofits, Mirella brings expertise in program management, strategic planning, collaboration, and lived experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
In June 2023, Mirella joined the Colorado Access Foundation as the program manager. Her role involves refining funding priorities, recommending grants, and forming partnerships with grantees and community organizations to promote innovative health care, health-supporting services, and community partnerships to advance health equity for Coloradans. Previously, she served as a program officer at Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, where she managed data analysis, implemented the connections to the overall health focus area, oversaw the Colorado Medical-Dental Integration Project (CO MDI), and led workforce development initiatives for a more diverse oral health workforce.
Mirella's multifaceted expertise, coupled with her deep-rooted passion for health equity and social justice, continues to drive her commitment to advancing the well-being of her community.
Marisol Shaw

Having built a career in health care administration leading large-scale projects, improving processes and working to integrate oral, mental, and behavioral health services, Marisol Shaw is currently the Sales Operations Integration Manager at Delta Dental of Colorado. Prior to joining the team at Delta Dental of Colorado she served as Regional Director of Clinical and Administrative Operations at STRIDE Community Health in Denver. She has previously held leadership positions at Clinica Family Health (Thornton), San Ysidro Health Center (San Diego) and the Business Intelligence Unit at the Health and Human Services Agency for the County of San Diego. This experience has made her well-versed in data analysis and administrative procedures for federally qualified health centers and gain significant expertise in how operational excellence improves access to care and health outcomes. Marisol holds her master's in healthcare administration and a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from National University and is fluently bilingual (Spanish). A native San Diegan who has lived in Colorado for the past seven years, Marisol enjoys rooting on her hometown sports teams, volunteering in her community (Commerce City), hiking, seeing live music, and spending time with her wife and three kids, Rhett, Tristan and Monroe.
Maura L. Proser, DrPH, MPH

Maura L. Proser, DrPH, MPH is a public health professional with nearly 20 years' governmental public health work experience, including with the Maryland Department of Health and Colorado's Tri-County Health Department. Her areas of expertise include community health promotion, program evaluation, public policy, and epidemiology. Maura currently works as a public health consultant and teaches at MSU Denver in the Social Work and Health Professions departments.
