RSVP is required for building access. Please bring a valid photo ID and check in at the lobby security desk to receive your visitor pass.
Posters may feature recently published/presented work, ongoing research, or even a proposal for a project you are considering. Poster selections will be made based on available space to ensure broad representation across submissions; earlier RSVPs increase your chances of being selected!Β
If your poster is selected, please be prepared to give an accompanying lightning talk (3-5 minutes). We will also present a Best Poster Award, based on real-time votes from attendees.Β
Please note that we are unable to accommodate poster printing requests. Presenters should bring their own printed posters; boards and easels will be provided.Β
