Ralph Hassard, the owner and lead inspector of NYC Parapet Inspections has been a New York State Licensed Home Inspector for 10 years, and has performed over one thousand inspections. 

Prior to becoming a licensed inspector, Ralph was a seasoned New York City general contractor, and has completed dozens of full brownstone gut renovations. This construction experience has given him the knowledge to understand buildings, literally, from the inside out, and is what  sets him apart from many others.
