纽约驾照笔试练习 — 隐私政策

本政策适用于「纽约驾照笔试练习」，由 PitanApps 提供的独立教育练习应用。应用与纽约州机动车管理局无隶属关系，也未获其认可或背书。
1. 账号与本地学习数据
应用无需注册账号。复习位置、首次使用指南完成状态等设置保存在设备本地；本应用不设开发者账号服务器来上传这些学习设置。设备系统的备份行为由您的 iOS 设置控制。
2. 广告及第三方数据处理
应用使用 Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK 展示横幅和插页广告，并使用 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）处理适用的广告同意及隐私选择。广告服务可能收集：
• 设备或应用范围内的标识符；在您授予系统追踪许可后，可使用设备广告标识符（IDFA）。
• IP 地址及由其推断的大致位置；应用不请求精确 GPS 定位。
• 广告展示、点击以及应用启动或其他产品互动数据。
• 崩溃、性能及其他技术诊断数据。
这些数据用于提供和衡量第三方广告、分析广告表现及改善服务。设备标识、大致位置、广告数据和产品互动数据可能与设备身份关联；崩溃、性能及其他诊断数据依据 SDK 隐私声明不与用户身份关联。获准的设备广告标识符可用于跨其他公司的应用或网站衡量及投放广告。第三方广告服务接收并依其政策处理相关数据；这不意味着开发者能看到您的姓名或学习答案。

3. 您的选择
系统追踪许可由您决定。拒绝追踪不会限制复习、模拟考试或音频学习功能；广告仍可能展示，但广告服务不能通过本应用获取未经许可的 IDFA。您可在 iOS「设置」→「隐私与安全性」→「跟踪」管理许可。当 Google 要求提供广告隐私选择时，首页会显示「广告隐私设置」，可再次打开相关选择。是否展示同意表单取决于地区和广告服务的适用要求。
4. 设备权限
应用不请求联系人、照片、摄像头、麦克风或精确位置权限。语音复习朗读题目和答案，不录制您的声音。应用保留后台音频能力，使已开始的朗读在后台或锁屏时继续。
5. 支持邮件、保存与删除
如果您主动发送支持邮件，我们会收到您提供的邮箱地址和邮件内容，用于处理问题，并在处理请求和必要后续所需期间保留。请勿发送驾驶证号码或其他不必要的敏感资料。如需查询或删除支持邮件中的个人资料，请联系下列邮箱。第三方广告数据的保存及删除由相应服务的政策和隐私工具管理；我们没有权限直接删除 Google 保存的全部广告数据。本地设置可随应用删除，系统备份副本取决于您的备份设置。

Privacy Policy — New York Driving Knowledge Practice

This policy applies to 纽约驾照笔试练习, an independent educational app provided by PitanApps. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
No account is required. Review position and onboarding preferences are stored locally; the developer does not operate an account server to upload these learning settings. iOS backup behavior depends on your device settings.
The app uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for banner and interstitial advertising and Google UMP for applicable consent and privacy choices. Advertising services may collect device or app-scoped identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising and product-interaction data, crash information, performance information, and other diagnostics for third-party advertising and analytics. Device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, and product interactions may be linked to a device identity. Crash, performance, and other diagnostics are declared unlinked in the SDK privacy manifest. With your system tracking permission, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used for advertising or measurement across other companies' apps or websites. Third-party services handle their data under their own policies; the developer does not thereby receive your name or learning answers.
You may decline tracking and still use every learning feature. Ads may still appear without access to an unauthorized IDFA. Manage tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. When required by Google's consent rules, 广告隐私设置 on the home screen lets you revisit advertising privacy choices. Consent forms depend on your region and applicable service requirements.
The app does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise-location permissions. Spoken review reads learning content and does not record your voice. Background audio allows speech to continue while the app is in the background or the device is locked.
If you email support, we receive the address and content you choose to provide, use them to handle your request, and retain them for the request and necessary follow-up. Do not send license numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact pitansapp@gmail.com for privacy questions or deletion requests concerning support correspondence. Third-party advertising data is subject to the provider's retention policies and privacy tools; we cannot directly delete all data held by Google. Removing the app removes its local settings, subject to system backups.
