Poster Presentation Guidelines
We look forward to seeing your research at the New York AI Agents Summit! Please review the following specifications and day-of logistics to ensure your poster is ready for display.
Printing and Dimensions
Printing and Dimensions
Printing: All presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the summit.
Target Size: Please aim for 36" x 24" (36 inches tall by 24 inches wide).
Orientation: Portrait.
Note: While there is a little bit of flexibility if you need to use a slightly different size, adhering to these dimensions ensures your poster will fit comfortably on our provided display areas.
Display Logistics and Mounting
The display setup varies depending on which day you are presenting. Our team will provide all the necessary mounting materials for you when you arrive.
Day 1 Presenters (Thursday, April 30)
Location: Outside the ASRC Auditorium
Setup: Your poster will be displayed on an easel.
Mounting: We will provide paperclips for you to secure your poster.
Day 2 Presenters (Friday, May 1)
Location: CUNY Graduate Center, Science Center (Room 4102)
Setup: Your poster will be displayed on the venue walls.
Mounting: We will provide magnets for you to secure your poster.
