Sikyong urges Tibetans worldwide to donate to PM CARES Fund amid Second Covid Wave in India

In addition, NWTCA will also be matching donations received from our community up to $5,000. This donation match will go towards non-profit organization(s) with clear/transparent initiatives designed to directly help the Tibetan community in India fight COVID. We will update the community on the beneficiary(ies) for the donation match along with the total amount of donations collected from the community.

India COVID relief donation collection at Bodkhang this weekend:

  • Saturday (May 8th) 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Sunday (May 9th) 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

If you have a Venmo account and are planning to make a donation, you can also send your donation via our new NWTCA venmo account. Our understanding is that Venmo allows upto $299 if a person is not verified and up to $4,999 per transaction, if a person is verified.
