NWME Rentals
Rates listed are per (day/week/month).
Daily rentals are based on a 24 hour period begining at 12:00 PM on the first day of rental with up to a 5 hour grace period (ie. EOD) the following day.
Weekly rates are based on 5x the daily rate for any consecutive 7 day period. Grace period for weekly rentals is by 12:00 PM on the 8th day (Providing for Friday pickup - Monday Return). Any days in excess of a full week will be charged at the discounted rate of .72 x daily rate.
Monthly rates are based on any consecutive four week period and are charged at the weekly rate. Any days in excess of a full month will be charged at the discounted rate of .74 x daily rate
All items not returned by scheduled return date will be charged at the FULL DAILY RATE unless otherwise arranged in advance of return date. A deposit hold my be placed on your Credit Card for replacement cost of any rental item, not to exceed $2500. Full replacement cost including any shipping/handling charges may be billed for any items not returned or returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear at the sole discretion of Northwest Market Events LLC/NWME Rentals.
