We may collect and display the following information within the App:

• Name, Department or Role, Date of Birth (to show birthday posts), Profile Picture (optional), Email or Employee ID (used for login).

1.2 Photos & Media

The App shows:

• Birthday celebration images, Company event photos, Internal activity or team photos.

These are uploaded only by authorized admins and employees of Nextwebi IT Solutions Private Limited.

1.3 Technical & Usage Information

To maintain security and performance, we may collect:

• Device information, Login information (email/ID), Basic usage logs.

No sensitive personal data is collected without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display birthdays, events, and announcements

• Show internal photos in the employee feed

• Manage employee access to the App

• Improve internal communication

• Maintain App security and prevent unauthorized access

We do NOT use any information for advertising or external purposes.

• With other employees who use this internal App

• With authorized admin users who manage posts

• These photos will be visible to all employees using the App

• Photos are used only for internal communication and engagement

Employees may request the removal of any photo for personal reasons.
