Holds a BFA degree in Radio, TV and Film from College Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati at Cincinnati Ohio. Masters degree in Radio, TV and Film, from the University of Maryland.
Worked in Theatrical and TV Production for over 42 yeas in Montgomery County Public Schools, and produced and directed over 300 musicals and plays, some of which include "Les Miserables," Dreamgirls," "Beauty and the Beast," "High School Musical, " "Little Shop of Horrors," "West side Story," "In the Heights," "Footloose," "Ragtime," "Hairspray," "Aida," "The Great Gatsby," "Legally Blonde," "Once of this Island," "Fiddler on the Roof," and "The Hip Hop Nutcracker." In addition, to directing performances for the national commercial, Redi Whip.
Professionally stage-managed for the following: The Washington Post Awards, The Congressional Black Caucus, The Black Family Reunion, Golden Scissors, Lincoln Theater, Howard University, Shakespeare Theater, Taps and Company, The Creative Dance Center, Expressions, Old Time Hoofers, and various local artist In the Washington DC Metropolitan area along with productions in New York, Atlantic City and South Carolina.
1st AD on several professional music video produced by Exposure Entertainment, Black Magic Entertainment and for independent artist.
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University. Has worked Master Control Operator at WRLH Fox 35 in Richmond, VA. Has worked as board member and technical director of ENOUGH SAID CHRISTIAN CHILDREN THEATER in Silver Spring and Washington, DC, providing local under privilege youth exposure to the arts and employment. Also worked as sound and lighting technician at Warner Theater for Center Stage Productions. Technical support at Kennedy Center, DC CAP Performing Arts Gala. Currently works as a Media Service Technician and Technical Director for NWHS.

Professionally trained actress and choreographer. Has appeared in several featured films, commercials, and television shows such as: House of Cards, Xfinity, New Best Friends, Step Up, The Salon, and a soon to be released independent film "Those We Don't Speak Of" as well as one of the voices of NPR. Ms. Cosby is the Creative Director for the DC Cap Performing Arts Gala at Kennedy Center and has choreographed for numerous recording artists, and off Broadway musicals. Being considered a master teacher in dance, she has taught master classes from DC to South Africa and is a reception of the Alvin Ailey Award for choreography.
