Only student teams that have been appointed as participants by their university and their coach can participate. For capacity reasons we limit participation to universities in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, on a first-come first-served basis. We ask that the NWERC coach at each participating university emails a list with the following information to Anne Primdahl Kristensen no later than November 11:
Name of each team
Names and e-mail addresses of all team members
Which teams will participate in the program on Saturday evening
Information on any dietary restrictions
Whether the coach will participate
Registration to the NWERC competition itself is done separately.
