The Annual Meeting of the Vision Sciences Society is in May and is typically hosted at St. Pete Beach in Florida. The conference is linked to the journal of vision.
The European Conference on Visual Perception is probably the second largest conference on visual perception and have an annual meeting in august which rotates between different European host cities every year. The conference is linked to the journal perception.

Tagung experimentell arbeitender Psychologen is an annual conference for experimental psychology hosted in different cities in Germany. While the conference originally started out as a German conference in 1959 it is now in English and typically host a range of interesting vision research.
