SmashIt Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 31, 2025
Last Updated: September 14, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Mucahit Goncu (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you (“user” or “you”) use the mobile application SmashIt (“App”). This service is provided free of charge and is intended for use AS IS.
When you download and use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:
Device and Network Data: IP address, device model, operating system, language, time zone, network type, and device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID (AAID)).
App Usage Events: Screens/pages viewed, session duration, timestamps, feature interactions, app install and app launch events (including referral/attribution data from advertising).
Diagnostics & Performance: Crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics.
Location: Precise location is not collected. We may infer approximate location (e.g., country/region) from IP for analytics and fraud prevention.
Optional Personal Data: We may request limited personal data (e.g., email address, age) to improve features such as support or account recovery. If requested, we use and store it as described in this policy.
Purposes of use: provide and improve the App, analytics, security/fraud prevention, advertising measurement/attribution, and—in regions where permitted—ad personalization (see Your Choices).
The App integrates third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies. These services may collect data as described above.
Google Play Services
Unity Ads
Unity Analytics
AdMob by Google
ironSource
Facebook SDK (Meta Platforms, Inc.) – used for app events (e.g., install/launch), advertising attribution, deep linking, analytics, and (where permitted) ad personalization. The Facebook SDK may collect device identifiers (e.g., AAID), app events, coarse location (derived from IP), and technical data for fraud prevention. Data relevant to these purposes may be shared with Meta.
We share aggregated or pseudonymous data with these providers where possible and require them to process data in accordance with applicable laws and their policies.
We may disclose data:
To vendors and service providers working on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
For legal reasons (e.g., subpoena, lawful requests);
To protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others;
As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to continued protections consistent with this policy).
The App may display ads via Google Ads/AdSense, AdMob, Unity Ads, and ironSource. These platforms and the Facebook SDK may use device/usage data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, and to measure ad performance and installs. Where required by law (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we will request consent before using data for ad personalization.
We use Unity Analytics and the Facebook SDK (events) to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience. Collected data may include session length, frequency of use, device type, and general location (country/region). See the respective providers’ privacy policies for details.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to 24 months for analytics/attribution data), unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution or security. You can request deletion as described in Your Rights below or by contacting us at nvmgamestudio.dev@gmail.com.
Ad Personalization: You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (e.g., Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).
Facebook Ads Preferences: You can also manage ad settings in your Facebook account (where available).
Uninstall: You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the App using your device’s standard uninstall process.
Consent (EEA/UK where applicable): We present a consent dialog where required. Your choices (consent/refusal) will be respected and can be updated in-app (if provided) or via your device settings.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls) to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR): We process data based on legitimate interests (App functionality, analytics, fraud prevention), consent (where required for ad personalization/attribution cookies or similar technologies), and legal obligations.
Your Rights: Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection to processing. California residents may request disclosures and deletion and have the right to limit use of sensitive data. We do not sell personal data as defined by CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise rights, contact: nvmgamestudio.dev@gmail.com.
We may transfer data to countries outside your own (e.g., to the United States or EU member states). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and provider compliance measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Please review periodically.
