Vehicle condition is unknown and vehicles may or may not be operational at the time of sale. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all mechanical defects, repairs, or deficiencies. 

The buyer is solely responsible for all DMV-related costs, including registration, transfer fees, taxes, and any outstanding or back fees owed on the vehicle. Title transfer and registration are subject to California DMV requirements.

Most vehicles are sold without keys. In some cases, assistance with key creation may be available for serious buyers at an additional cost, depending on the vehicle. All license plates will be removed prior to the vehicle leaving our property, as required by California law.

Buyers must arrive prepared with a jumper box, a means to inflate tires, and appropriate transportation such as a trailer or tow truck to remove the vehicle from the property. North Valley Towing and Recovery can provide towing services for an additional fee.
