NVE Solution Manpower Services (NVESMS) was established in October of 2018 and is a local recruitment and employment agency originally located in Bacoor City, Cavite then in January 2023 we transferred to Madrigal Business Park in Ayala, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. We operate in a trilateral relationship (Our Company, Our Client, and Our People) that aims to provide manpower staffing in various fields.

This represents our People. We place it in the left portion as our way of saying that they will not left behind in terms of benefits and concern from our company.

The Roof. This symbolizes trilateral engagement with our People, Clients & NVESMS (Our Company).
Her passion to work especially in People Management inspires her to establish her manpower agency. She wanted to provide her People with better compensation and benefits, not just a permanent job. She wanted to give her people a comfortable life.
Being in Corporate World for more than two ( 2) decades as part of the Management Team, she was directly exposed in the problem - solving activities. She witnesses people from the company that come and go. She tried to address the issue but have limited authority to resolve it. This made her decide to be a permanent part of decision/solution-making specifically in the manpower scarcity issue of the company.
She creates a world where she has the authority to control & settle the issue. May not have full control as she also needs to consider her partners (People and Clients), but at least have the big part to address and settle the issue.
The solution to a problem is what she is always looking at. She wants it simple but with a high impact.

NVE Solution Manpower Services (NVESMS) is a Sole-Proprietorship owned and managed by Ms. Nanette Villareal - Estolas. A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management. She worked in various multi-national companies as stated below under Finance Department from 1996 to 2018.
Richwell Philippines, Inc. / Internationale Globale Marques, Inc. (exclusive distributors of Barbie, Hotwheels, Pegion and other infant products)– Credit and Collection Manager
Koppel, Inc.(Aircon manufacturing & distributor) –Credit and Collection Head
Delbros Waterfront Leasing Company (leasing of Chassis) – Regional Credit and Collection Manager
Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc. (Ayala-owned Company)- Branch Finance and Administration Officer
Chevrolet / General Motors Corporation – Credit and Collection Associate
Prudentialife Plan, Inc.(Pre-need Company) – Credit and Collection Coordinator

She was also a Consultant under Finance Division in Richwell Phils., Inc. and Internationale Globale Marques. She attended numerous Trainings and Seminars to enhance her competency especially in leadership and people handling.
