They oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences. Managing the supply chain, they source sustainable ingredients and maintain inventory. The COO balances cost-effective operations with quality standards while executing the company's strategic vision in collaboration with the CEO. Additionally, they provide leadership and mentorship to department heads to achieve operational excellence, ensuring Nuvola's commitment to quality and sustainability.

3. Vice President (VP) of Marketing and Sustainability: The VP of Marketing and Sustainability at Nuvola is responsible for promoting the brand, values, and culinary offerings through well-executed marketing strategies.
