c. READ_MEDIA_IMAGES & READ_MEDIA_VIDEO

Allows the launcher to access and display photos and videos for wallpapers, themes, or customization.
 The app does not upload or share any media files.
 These permissions ensure a seamless preview and selection experience.

d. SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM

Allows the app’s reminder and alarm features to trigger exactly at the scheduled time, even in battery saver or idle modes.

e. CALL_PHONE, READ_PHONE_STATE, MANAGE_OWN_CALLS

Used for launcher features that let users make phone calls directly from the home screen or contact widgets.
