The T.A.L. Points System is designed to help players and their parents narrow the search for a team to play with. Below is a snapshot of the team. We encourage parents seeking a team to tryout for/play on to review the entire site to get more details of what is expected of the parents, players and coaches.

Total T.A.L points for Blue Team - 58

Total T.A.L points for Black Team - 52

Head Coach Experience: 7-8 Years (4)

Head Coach License: National D License (3)

Annual Cost Per Player: $500-$799 (3)

Seasons & Leagues: Two Indoor Seasons at RSL (4), Fall & Spring UYSA State "Travel" Soccer (4)

Tournaments & Travel: Cache Valley Cup (1), One in state tournament other than CV Cup and/or UYSA tournaments (2), Blue and Black Team UYSA Presidents Cup (2)

Training Programs: NUU Sterling Program (3), Independent Team Trainers (3)

Practice Commitments: 71-80 Training Sessions (4)

Sunday Commitments: Blue Team- Not required in this year, will be required future seasons (3), Black and White Teams No required Sunday play (0)

Player Characteristics - Mindset: Blue & Black Team- Ambitious, interested in playing in college or pro (6) White Team- Determined, expects to play high school soccer (4)

Soccer as a Priority: Primary Priority, though other sports may be allowed (4)

Competition Level: Blue Team - U11 -U12 Premier Orange/Purple/Black/Purple (7) Black Team - U11-U12 Division 1&2 (6) White Team - U9– U12 North B-E (4)

Parent Support: Blue Team - Fully supportive, whatever it takes to help their child achieve their goals (5) Black and White Teams - Very supportive, make sacrifices for the soccer experience (3)
