Northern Utah United uses programs like Destination Soccer to give novice coaches experience working with our youth in the sport without the pressures of managing a team. The goal is to introduce adults to the U.S. Soccer Coaching licenses pathway and mentor them along the way. In the future we will need parent coaches to work with small groups and/or teams and we want to prepare them now so they are not novices when it comes time to manage a team. We do have a compensation plan that goes towards your childs registration and/or coaching license costs.
