Why do we charge a coach fee?

The coaching staff is well trained with D license. Sessions are planned out and include principles of play as defined by USYS.

Coaches participate in ongoing education and frequent (currently weekly) meetings with NUU.

Coaches have a strong desire to invest time and grow as coaches to foster player development.

Parents and players are more invested.

This is not a source of income and equates to about $9 per hour.
