1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using NutZero, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
NutZero is a personal habit-tracking application designed to help users build streaks and reduce unwanted habits. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
NutZero offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Monthly Plan — billed monthly, cancel anytime
Annual Plan — billed once per year, cancel anytime
Lifetime Plan — one-time purchase, no recurring charge
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
4. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
5. Disclaimer
NutZero is not a medical application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. The app's content is for motivational and habit-tracking purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
NutZero and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violation of these terms.
