NutriVision AI Calorie Counter
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the NutriVision AI Calorie Counter mobile application, package name com.nutrivision.aicaloriecounter, referred to in this policy as the “Application.”
The Application is developed and provided by Vibrant Soft, referred to as the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Application accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares when you use the Application. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required, the Application will request your permission before accessing or processing the relevant information.
The information processed by the Application depends on the features you use, the permissions you grant, your device settings, your location, and the Application’s final configuration.
When you use the calorie-counting and nutrition features, you may voluntarily provide information such as:
Food and meal entries;
Estimated calories and nutrients;
Meal dates and times;
Dietary preferences;
Nutrition goals;
Daily calorie targets;
Height, weight, age range, activity level, or similar profile information;
Progress information; and
Notes or other information you choose to add.
This information is used to provide calorie estimates, meal tracking, nutrition summaries, progress information, and personalized app functionality.
You should not provide information that is not necessary for your use of the Application.
The Application may request access to your device’s camera when you choose to photograph food or use a camera-based calorie-estimation feature.
Camera access is initiated only when you use a feature that requires it. The Application does not continuously access the camera in the background.
Food images may be used to:
Identify or classify food shown in an image;
Estimate portion information;
Estimate calories or nutritional values;
Create a meal entry; and
Return the analysis requested by you.
Depending on the feature’s technical implementation, a selected image may be processed on your device or securely transmitted to a contracted image-analysis or artificial-intelligence service provider solely to generate the requested result.
Raw food images will not be used for advertising, marketing profiling, or install attribution. Unless you intentionally save an image as part of your meal history, raw images should be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to complete the requested analysis, maintain security, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal requirements.
The Application does not access your camera unless you grant camera permission. You may deny or revoke camera permission through your device settings, although camera-based features may then be unavailable.
With your permission, the Application may access step and activity information from supported Android health services, device sensors, Health Connect, or Samsung Health.
The Application may process:
Step count;
Activity or movement information;
Time associated with step records;
Distance or activity estimates derived from steps;
Calories burned or activity-related calorie estimates; and
Other limited fitness information clearly identified in the permission request.
This information is used to:
Display daily step totals;
Estimate activity-related energy expenditure;
Adjust calorie or activity summaries;
Show progress and trends; and
Provide health and fitness functionality requested by you.
The Application requests read access only to health or fitness information needed for its stated features. It does not use health data to determine eligibility for employment, insurance, credit, housing, or similar decisions.
We do not sell health data. We do not use step counts, meal records, weight information, calorie intake, or similar health data for personalized advertising or marketing profiling. Such information must not be sent to AdMob, AppsFlyer, or analytics services as event parameters or user properties.
Access to health information requires your affirmative permission. You can deny or revoke access at any time through the Application, Android settings, Health Connect settings, or Samsung Health settings. Revoking permission may prevent step-related and activity-related features from working.
The Application and its integrated service providers may automatically process limited technical information, including:
Device type, manufacturer, model, and operating-system version;
Application version and package name;
Language, country, time zone, and general device settings;
Internet Protocol address;
Approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address;
Network connection information;
Application launches, sessions, screen views, taps, and feature interactions;
Install source and install-referrer information;
Advertising ID, App Set ID, Firebase installation ID, AppsFlyer ID, or similar identifiers;
Advertising impressions and interactions;
Purchase events and subscription-status events;
Crash logs, stack traces, error reports, and diagnostic information;
Application performance, response time, startup time, and device-state information; and
Fraud-prevention, security, and license-verification information.
The Application does not request access to your device’s precise GPS location. However, advertising or analytics providers may use an Internet Protocol address to estimate a general or approximate location.
If you allow notifications, the Application or its notification-delivery provider may process:
A device or application-instance notification token;
Notification delivery status;
Notification interaction information; and
Your notification preferences.
This information is used to deliver reminders, service messages, feature notices, nutrition reminders, or other notifications enabled by you.
You can disable notifications at any time through the Application or your device settings.
The Application may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
When you make a purchase, we may receive limited transaction information, such as:
The product or subscription purchased;
Purchase status;
Transaction time;
Subscription status;
Purchase token;
Order or receipt identifier; and
Country or currency information associated with the transaction.
Payment details, such as your complete credit-card or debit-card number, are processed by Google Play and are not directly received or stored by us.
Purchase information may be used to activate paid features, verify licenses, restore purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records.
When you contact us, we may collect the information included in your message, such as:
Your email address;
Your name, if provided;
Device or application details;
Screenshots or attachments;
Purchase information you provide for support purposes; and
The contents of your request.
We use this information to respond to you, investigate technical problems, provide support, and improve the Application.

We process information when necessary to provide a feature you request, such as analyzing a food image, recording a meal, reading step data, restoring a purchase, or providing support.
We may process limited technical, diagnostic, security, and usage information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application, provided those interests are not overridden by your applicable rights.
We may process or retain information when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, or other legal obligations.
The Application may use the following third-party services.
Google AdMob may process device identifiers, Internet Protocol addresses, approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address, advertising interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, reporting, fraud prevention, and ad delivery.
Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and configuration, the Application may display personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertisements.
Google Analytics for Firebase or GA4 may process app interactions, sessions, device and application information, installation identifiers, general geographic information, and analytics events to help us understand Application usage and improve functionality.
Sensitive health values, meal-image content, weight information, step counts, and detailed meal records must not be included in analytics event names, event parameters, or user properties.

Sensitive health data and meal-image content must not be transmitted to AppsFlyer.
Google or another notification-delivery provider may process an app-instance token and notification-delivery information to send notifications requested or permitted by you.
Google Play may process purchase, subscription, payment, license, security, and device information according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
These third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing may also depend on SDK versions, configuration choices, enabled integrations, user consent, and applicable law.

Retention depends on the type of information:
Information stored locally may remain on your device until you delete it, delete the relevant record, clear Application data, or uninstall the Application.
Saved meal records and nutrition results may remain until you delete them or request deletion.
Raw food images should be deleted after the requested analysis is completed unless you intentionally save them, continued retention is necessary for security or support, or applicable law requires retention.

You may delete locally stored meal entries, profile information, or progress data through available Application controls.
