If you are Interested in obtaining our services;

• Our dietitians/ nutritionists are available on every Wednesday from 1.30 pm at the center.

• Call us during office hours and make an appointment to see one of our dietitians/ nutritionists.

• You can also drop by our center and directly locate your appointment in our appointment box, placed at the entrance of the Dietetic Laboratory.

• You can get an appointment by filling out the following Google Form.

• To avoid any disappointments, reserve your number by calling us , locating your appointment in the box or filling the google form at least by 4.00 pm Monday to see the nutritionist/ dietitian on the following Wednesday.
