AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational and general wellness purposes only.
Nutrify AI is not a medical service.
Nutrify AI does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers when necessary to operate and improve Nutrify AI, including:

📢 5. Ads & Third-Party Services

Nutrify AI uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded video advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements allow users to earn coins and access certain app features or subscription-pass benefits without making a monetary purchase.

Advertising services may collect information such as:

Device identifiers
Advertising and interaction data
Ad impressions and engagement
Reward and attribution information

Ad frequency and reward limits may be applied to maintain a balanced user experience.

🗑️ 7. Data Deletion

Nutrify AI provides two different deletion options:

A. Clear Data

The Clear Data option is intended to remove locally stored application data without necessarily deleting the user's account.

To clear local data:

Open Nutrify AI
Go to Settings
Tap Clear Data
Confirm the deletion

This may delete:

📸 Food scan images stored locally
🍽️ Food history
⚙️ Local preferences
🪙 Local coin balance
📱 Local application state

⚠️ 8. Permanent Account Deletion

Nutrify AI also provides a Delete Account option for users who want to permanently delete their account and associated data.

How to Permanently Delete Your Account

Open Nutrify AI
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account
Review the deletion warning
Confirm Permanent Account Deletion

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Permanent account deletion is irreversible.

When your account is permanently deleted, we will delete the account and associated user data that we maintain, including, where applicable:

👤 Account and profile information
🍽️ Food history
📸 Food scan data stored by Nutrify AI
🎯 Preferences and goals
🪙 Coin balance
🎫 Subscription-pass information associated with the account
☁️ Cloud-backed user data
📁 User backup data and associated files
🔑 Account authentication information associated with Nutrify AI

Deleted account data cannot be restored or recovered.

Once permanent account deletion has been confirmed, there is no undo or recovery option for the deleted account data.

Data That May Be Retained

A limited amount of information may be retained when necessary for:

Security and fraud prevention
Legal or regulatory compliance
Resolving disputes
Maintaining required transaction or financial records

Where retention is legally required, the retained information will be limited to what is necessary and will be handled according to applicable requirements.

If you cannot access the Nutrify AI application, you may request account and associated data deletion by contacting us:

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account and process your request securely.

If account deletion is requested, we will process the request within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

Request deletion of your account and associated data
Request deletion of applicable personal information
Disable application notifications through your device settings

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Nutrify AI.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

👶 12. Children's Privacy

Nutrify AI is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to:
