Account and Data Deletion

Upon your request for account deletion, we will promptly and permanently delete the following types of data associated with your account:

Account Information:

• Email address

• First name and last name

• Contact No.

If you would like to initiate a data deletion request, please follow the steps below:

1. In-App Deletion:
   For a quick and easy way to delete your account and associated data within the app, please navigate to the account settings and use the provided "Delete Account" option.

2. Email Request for Data and Account Deletion :

Alternatively,  to request data and account deletion, users may send an email to nutriassist44@gmail.com from the email address that is valid or registered with the app data. The subject line of the email should read 'Nutri Assist Account and Data Deletion Request' and the email should include all necessary details. 

3. Additional Information:

Upon submitting your request, our team will review it and proceed with the necessary steps to delete your account and associated data. Please note that some data deletion processes may involve manual review.

4. Confirmation:

Once your data deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.
