WHAT NUTO DOES

List closet items with photos, size, and condition. Browse Explore. Use Size Check. Request a swap with swap credit. Chat in Messages. Upload shipping proof. Settle when both sides complete the in-app steps. Optional Face Link uses gifted minutes (Lite 3 min, Pro 5 min) then Green Coins at 10 coins per minute. Anyone with enough coins can start Face Link even without VIP.

ACCOUNT

Sign in with the email you registered. Forgot password: write to support@nuto.app from that email. To delete your account, use Profile in the app or email us.

SWAPS AND CREDIT

Credit is deducted when a credit-eligible request is accepted, per in-app rules. Nuto does not ship items for you. Upload a clear photo of the packed parcel as shipping proof. If a swap is stuck, include both nicknames and the item title in your email.

CHAT LIMITS

Free: 20 text messages and 2 images per day.

Lite: unlimited text, 5 images per day.

Pro: unlimited text and images.

Limits reset on UTC day boundaries.

FACE LINK AND COINS

Need coins: open Green Coins in Profile.

Need membership: open Nuto VIP.

If a Face Link session ends for insufficient coins, buy coins (VIP members) or review VIP plans (free members).

PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Coins and subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel Lite/Pro in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests should go through Apple Report a Problem unless we tell you otherwise.

SAFETY

Use Block and Report on a profile or chat. Do not share home addresses in public remarks. Meet shipping laws in your country.

PERMISSIONS

Photos: closet, avatar, chat images, shipping proof.

Camera and microphone: photos and Face Link preview.

Notifications: requests and messages.

Tracking: optional, used only if you allow ATT.
