Puzzle Box ("the app") is made by Ali Mumcu, publishing as Nut Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, write to nutgamestudio@gmail.com.
Game progress. Your puzzles, scores, coins, hints and settings are saved on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics). To learn which puzzles are enjoyed, which are too hard and where the game can be improved, the app sends usage events, for example "a puzzle was started or solved, how long it took, how many hints were used". These events come with a random identifier created by the app, the app instance ID, device information (model, operating system, language), and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. We do not collect your name, email address or precise location.
Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics). If the app crashes, a report is sent with technical details (the error, device model, operating system version, and the app's random identifier) so we can fix the problem.
Advertising (Google AdMob). The app shows ads, including optional videos that give rewards. To show ads, Google and its partners may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address and device information.
In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, you are asked for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time with Settings ▸ Privacy Options in the app.
On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking when the app asks. If you do not, you still see ads, but they are less relevant.
Purchases. In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. The app only receives confirmation of what was bought, so it can deliver it and restore it later.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except these service providers.
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app.
The app is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or limit its use. You can:
change your ad consent at any time with Settings ▸ Privacy Options (where available),
on iOS, turn off tracking in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking,
on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings,
ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance by writing to nutgamestudio@gmail.com.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
