Finance Claiming Process

Hi everyone, welcome back to semester 2. Looking forward to NUSC activities. The Financial Year is open! You can now request funding for NUSC student activities! After spending, you'll be reimbursed by the NUS Finance Office, given that correct procedures are followed.

Process

If you wish to spend money on NUSC student activities, you should:

1. Submit your fund request (FR)

2. Inform and seek approval from the relevant finance attaché BEFORE SPENDING

3. Only spend AFTER the attaché has approved your FR

4. After spending, submit the RFP form with supporting documents to the attaché
