LET’S SWEAT“ is a youth sport & recreational center in Bandar Johor Bharu which cater for the youth, elderly and child. It is a place where youth can do healthy activities with a primary physical component and a primary focus on human activity that are done for the sake of enjoyment, relaxation, health, or well-being. 

In addition, Engaging in sports can play a importance role in promoting the mental health of youth. Physical activity has been widely recognized for its positive impact on mental well-being, offering a range of benefits that extend beyond the physical realm. One of the key advantages is stress reduction , also sports provide a platform for social interaction and the development of meaningful connections.
