Over the past 20 years we have grown from two students to twenty students per class. We are proud of this affirmation, but also concerned as we find that some learners are not following the lessons.
We found another teacher and created a classroom of 10. We're trying to make sure that every teacher we hire meets our goals and it doesn't. Accordingly, management made another decision. We will maintain 20 students in a classroom but employ assistants. Here we ensure our students study at a level that meets our requirements and commitments.
When the epidemic hit, we had to convert physical classes to online classes. This became an accepted norm, eliminating travel time for students and teachers. It's a win-win situation. In this regard, as the principal, I am also gratified that my teachers and I have truly fulfilled the mission of continuing online courses, and continue to work hard to maintain and realize our original aspirations. Our willingness to reduce personal breaks: we offer 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 or 1-to-3 sessions to ensure students' learning is focused, focused and progressing towards desired learning outcomes.
Although this approach is persistent for us, from 9am to 9pm, or even 9.30pm or 10.30pm, we are very focused on student cancel and outcomes. It is our sincere hope that every learner absorbs knowledge and develops to their personal best potential and that no one is left behind.
Our aim is to teach with love, grow and learn with us, so how do we achieve this? We want to make sure that children can understand what they have learned, so teachers are required to do homework after teaching a topic. In terms of completing homework, also decide that students will do it themselves instead of the teacher always giving answers. Since the current education system is based on high-level thinking, we will try our best to make students think more. Currently, our students are able to receive this kind of training and it also improves their learning ability and interest.
Our vision is for teachers and students to work together to achieve their goals. In the same way that teachers have their own goals, students must also set their own goals. At the same time, teachers and students can work together to achieve their goals. The purpose of this is to allow students and teachers to interact and make progress together. Only by working together and making progress together can we have a more harmonious learning environment and better promote our future social pillars to grow into talented and far-sighted people in a suitable environment.
Although our teachers are not necessarily top students, our enthusiasm for teaching is definitely more meaningful and beneficial to students than top students. Enthusiasm allows us to try our best to convey to children step by step what we know and have learned. For me, every student is my child, and there is no parent who does not want to give the best to their children. In other words, we take the children you entrust to us seriously, because we know that the last thing parents want is for their children to be abandoned or led astray.
Currently, our Centre is located in a 2 storey terraced house in Bandar Puchong Jaya. The environment is conducive, where the streets are not busy nor crowded. Additionally, the children will be introduced to life skills such as etiquette etc and treat others in a compassionate way.
