This is a continuation of the free complimentary service talking about your problem. Afterward, you will book an appointment to see me in person or over Microsoft Teams, during our first session. Before we get started
To keep you safe, firstly establish how you feel, I calibrate how you are on a scale, and before you leave the session I will always make sure you feel better than when you came in, as part of the code of ethics.
Taking Personal History
I take a complete history of your problem and anything else you think maybe making it worse or adding to your issue. I am here to help you and keep you as relaxed as possible.
Asking Questions
I recommend you make a list of questions and bring them or email them to me, just pick up the phone. You will find once you start talking about your problem, you will settle down and relax because finally.
End of Session
I will summarise, and give an initial assessment, even though a thorough assessment will be conducted and updated to you later, we will have a break of 48 hours called a split-off period. Then if you and I decide to work together, book your next appointment.

What will happen in the coaching sessions? So I will help put your situation in context, and explain how we are going to work towards achieving what you want, what's the best way to achieve it.
How do I get want I want?
Using a person-centered approach coupled with a holistic approach to help you, means I focus on you, and all parts that might be connected to your issue. I use the following treatments to help you: Life Coaching, NLP, Mindfulness, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Brain Gym are the main tools I use to help you, these tools I will help you to use in your day to day life to replace the old unwanted coping mechanisms that do not work for you anymore.
Before we get started

Each week we will see how close you are to achieving your goals, I also use Metaphors to help you change your old way of thinking and try to simplify what you might be doing to potential sabotage things, this will help you to see the difference.
I use ego strengthening to work on clients because it has a positive impact on you, so in a short period of time, and then you will feel better and equipped to work with your issues. Clients do notice they feel calmer, and more relaxed within a month roughly, of course not everyone is the same.

This is a simple conversation that is broken into two parts: I will send you an email, fill the form out and send it back to me, this will help me start off taking a history of the issue that you are coming to me for. A face-to-face meeting to discuss further what you have filled out in your form as well as any other questions you may have. Finally, I will discuss the coaching schedule and any further information or queries you have.

Stop Smoking I have created a 4 step solution to help you to stop smoking. I have found that if treatment is conducted over a 4 week period you will feel more relaxed and less irritable.

The first session is done separately, using: Time Line Therapy TM (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, Ph.D. in the 1980s. With this Brief Therapy, since they offer a fast and effective means for changing the chain of events leading to a certain set of unwanted behaviors or internal states, as well as subsequent similar experiences. Past Negative Emotions and Limiting Decisions are eliminated, so that it is possible to leave the client with only positive emotions and empowering decisions in his/her history.
Coaching Intake If you are looking for help around achieving goals that seem to be out of your reach, having trouble overcoming life or work, looking for guidance to help you move forward. Help you understand more about your abilities and attributes. In the end, you will learn more about yourself and how much easier it is to be supported not only by me but mostly by yourself. This is a Coaching Intake which is when we may speak partly over the telephone and then in person, as well as sending you a document that will help you to examine your issue or difficulty or hurdle you have currently been having. Then I will be able to help you achieve what you wish and want.
If you are having trouble with work, colleagues, life, trying to work out where you are going, or need to achieve a goal that seems to keep alluding to you. I work with you to help you overcome your hurdle, barrier, this may mean coming to terms with resolutions, or conflicts you may be having.
