Publications:
A Systematic Review of the Influence of Internal Marketing on Service Innovation, with scholars from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China and Iran (Professor Meng Lingjie and Dr Soheila Raeisi). This is a mix-method research paper. I am the 3rd author of this paper and my contribution is on the literature review and theoretical part.
Internal Marketing and Service Innovation: The Mediation Role of Motivation, with scholars from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China and Iran (Professor Meng Lingjie and Dr Soheila Raeisi). This is a quantitative research paper. I am the 3rd author of this paper and my contribution is mainly on the literature review and discussion part. However, I also reviewed this paper and amended where applicable.
Visiting Scholar:
I won the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching Assisngment (STA) to Ural Federal University, Russia for a visit between 9 and 20 March 2020.
I won the Overseas Mobility- Outgoing Teaching Staff and Researchers Grant from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Italy worth EUR2500 to Kyoto University, Japan between 27 September and 13 October 2019 and attach at the Graduate School of Economics Faculty of Economics.
I won the Overseas Mobility-Outgoing Teaching Staff and Researchers Grant from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Italy worth EUR2500. I visited the University of Malaya, Malaysia in September 2018 and was attached at the Centre for Civilisational Dialogue. This visit has two main objectives; (1): to exchange knowledge in particular research areas including from business history perspective, during crisis period, immigrant entrepreneurship. (2): to establish research network and future collaboration for a comparative study between Malaysia and Italy.

I visited the New York Public Library and Archives in New York City, United States. My research fieldwork also included a trip to the Avon Historical Archive at the Hagley Library in Delaware, United States.
