Nursing WiFi (the “App”) is a nursing education and exam-preparation application. Nursing WiFi is a separate mobile application that uses the Coaching Planet Laravel-based backend and administration panel to provide its services. In this Privacy Policy, “Nursing WiFi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and operator of the Nursing WiFi App.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Nursing WiFi collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, how long it is retained, and the choices and rights available to users. It applies to the Nursing WiFi App and related pages or services that link to this policy. It does not apply to unrelated applications merely because they use the same Coaching Planet backend.
The information collected depends on the features you use.
When you register, sign in, or edit your profile, we may collect:
name, username, or display name;
email address and/or mobile phone number;
authentication information, such as a password, login token, or one-time verification information; and
profile information you choose to provide.
If a social sign-in option is offered and you choose to use it, we may receive limited information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, and provider-specific account identifier. We do not receive your social account password.
To provide learning and exam-preparation features, we may collect and store:
quizzes, tests, or questions attempted;
answers, scores, accuracy, rank, progress, performance, and completion status;
bookmarked, saved, or recently viewed content;
course, package, or subscription access; and
dates and times of relevant App activity.
This information is used to show your results and progress, personalize the learning experience, maintain App functionality, and detect misuse or fake/spam accounts.
If paid content or subscriptions are available, payments may be processed by Google Play or another payment service provider. We may receive and retain transaction-related information such as the purchased item, subscription status, amount, date, transaction or order reference, and payment status. We do not intentionally collect or store your complete payment-card number, CVV, or banking password.
Your purchase is also subject to the privacy policy and terms of the applicable payment provider.
If you contact us, submit feedback, respond to a survey, report a problem, or request support or deletion, we may collect your message, contact information, attachments you voluntarily provide, and our response history.
When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Internet Protocol (IP) address;
device type, operating system, language, App version, and network information;
app-instance, device, or advertising identifiers where permitted;
login times, feature interactions, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance logs; and
approximate location inferred from an IP address. Nursing WiFi does not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly asks for it and this policy and the App’s disclosures are updated first.
If the version of Nursing WiFi you use displays third-party advertisements, an advertising provider such as Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertisements.
Where required, Nursing WiFi will request consent before personalized advertising or other tracking. You can also manage advertising choices through your device and Google settings. The use of an advertising SDK will be disclosed in the App’s Google Play Data Safety form.
Nursing WiFi may request device permissions only when needed for an App feature, such as permission to send notifications. Android permissions are requested at runtime where required, and you may manage them in your device settings. Declining a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Nursing WiFi does not intentionally access your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, precise location, microphone, camera, photos, or files unless a feature in the version you use clearly requires that access, displays an appropriate in-App disclosure, obtains any required permission or consent, and is covered by this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure.
We use information to:
create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts;
provide quizzes, tests, learning content, subscriptions, results, rankings, and progress tracking;
personalize content and evaluate individual performance and accuracy;
process and verify purchases or subscription access;
send service messages, verification messages, password-reset information, important notices, and notifications requested by you;
respond to support requests, feedback, complaints, and rights requests;
maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the App and Coaching Planet backend;
detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations;
provide and measure advertising where the App contains ads;
comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, Nursing WiFi, and others; and
create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual.
We do not use personal data for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data:
with your consent, which you may withdraw where the processing depends on consent;
to provide the App or perform a contract with you;
to comply with legal obligations; and
for legitimate interests such as App security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and support, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some App features may no longer work if the information is necessary to provide them.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
Coaching Planet backend and authorized administrators: The Laravel-based backend and administration panel used to host, organize, secure, and manage Nursing WiFi accounts, content, quiz activity, purchases, and support. Nursing WiFi remains a separate App; using the same backend does not make user data available to unrelated apps except where technically necessary, disclosed, and permitted.
Infrastructure and technical service providers: Providers of hosting, database, storage, content delivery, email or SMS delivery, authentication, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, security, and customer support.
Google and Google service providers: Depending on the enabled features, this may include Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Firebase services, and Google AdMob. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Payment processors: To complete purchases, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and verify subscription status.
Professional advisers and authorities: When reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
Business-transfer recipients: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the service, subject to appropriate notice and protection of personal data.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise allowed by law. The exact disclosures in the Google Play Data Safety section must reflect every library and SDK included in the released App.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. These include access restrictions, authentication controls, secure server practices, monitoring, backups, and encryption in transit using modern cryptography such as HTTPS where applicable.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nursing WiFi, maintain your account and learning history, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal and accounting requirements, and enforce agreements.
In general:
account, profile, and learning-progress information is kept while the account remains active;
support records are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate business record;
transaction and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; and
security, audit, and processing logs may be retained for the period required for security or legal compliance.
After an account-deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account is deleted or de-identified from active systems, except information that must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten under our normal retention cycle. Retained information is isolated and used only for the reason it was retained.
You may request deletion of your Nursing WiFi account and associated data at any time.
Sign in to Nursing WiFi.
On the Dashboard or Home screen, tap the profile icon beside your username.
Tap Delete in the upper-right area below Logout.
Review and confirm the deletion request.
You may use the Edit option in the same profile area to correct or update profile information.
Email nursingwifi@gmail.com with the subject “Nursing WiFi Account Deletion Request”. Send the request from the email address registered to your account, or include the registered mobile number, so we can reasonably verify the request. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
We will acknowledge and complete verified requests within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. Deletion closes the Nursing WiFi account and deletes or de-identifies associated profile and learning data, subject to the limited retention described above. Merely deactivating or freezing an account is not treated as deletion.
Deleting the Nursing WiFi account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription in Google Play to stop future billing. Deletion also cannot reverse data that you independently submitted to another service outside Nursing WiFi.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
request access to or a summary/copy of your personal data;
correct, complete, or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
request deletion of personal data;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
object to or restrict certain processing;
request portability of certain information;
opt out of non-essential marketing communications; and
raise a grievance or complaint with us or an applicable data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect the account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Users in India may exercise rights available under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, including rights concerning access, correction, completion, updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal as and when those provisions apply.
Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may also have rights under applicable data-protection law and may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights, including certain U.S. states, may contact us to exercise those rights. We do not sell personal data.
Nursing WiFi is operated from India. Our service providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.
Nursing WiFi is intended for nursing students and exam candidates who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Nursing WiFi, please contact us. After appropriate verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and the account.
If the App is later offered to children, we will update the App, its consent process, this Privacy Policy, and the Google Play target-audience and Data Safety declarations before doing so.
Where advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services are enabled, they may use app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookies or similar mobile technologies as allowed by your settings and applicable law. You can limit ad personalization, reset or delete an advertising identifier, control permissions, and manage some analytics choices through your Android or Google settings. Where a consent interface is provided in the App, you may use it to change eligible choices.
The App may link to third-party websites, content, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Review their privacy information before providing data to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Nursing WiFi, its technology, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or the way we use personal data, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
